Just set your phone to upload your pictures automatically to Amazon photo or google photo or whatever and if a relative wants a full resolution picture, they can ask for it. That’s not really what relatives do with the vast majority of pictures you send, so that wouldn’t strike me as a deal breaker for a sharing platform.
