It's also scientifically proven that the more you smile when you eat your food, the fewer calories that are actually absorbed into your body.

So, basically vegetables are high calorie foods for me. I think cookies, ice cream and bacon are all kind of like celery...they have a negative caloric intake based on the smile on my face when I eat these foods.

This is how I operate. I cook them extra crispy and they don't count.

Nutritional info states 80 calories per 2 pcs of bacon, is this based on the uncooked bacon?
