Birthdays - stopped at high school graduation. Christmas- will stop when youngest graduates from high school (same age as DS). They are still in middle school. I would feel weird not including all the nephews for Christmas presents when I still give to the younger ones.

I am 32 and on my Dad's side we stopped when you graduated college or turned 22. On my Mom's side there are 30+ nieces and nephews so it was always a secret santa.

I stopped at their 21st birthdays - full adults. I have never received a thank you note for gifts or a birthday card from my nieces or nephews so I feel no regrets for stopping the gifting to them.

College graduation ended all gifts, both Christmas and birthdays. My kids were the oldest, so I told the aunts and uncles (my siblings) to stop. Their kids were right behind mine.

I stopped when they married.

I give money now... somewhat begrudgingly if I'm being honest. I do so because their parents give my children gifts and because my other sibling gives gifts so I don't want to be the outlier! But as PP said, I think when they are married and/or have kids I will just give to the kids.

I think I will continue to give until they have their own kids. Then I will give to their kids.

And if not, when did you stop
