Volvos are know to have some of the best seats in the industry, I'd strongly recommend you check out Volvo.

Make sure you test drive the car for at least 30 mins (or more) so to get a feel for the car (seat). If you're lucky, a nice car dealer (if you kindly explain them your medical situation) may agree to let you try the car for several hours also.

I would sit in some second hand BMWs with the multi contour 20 way adjustable seats. There is even a function that moves under your butt for long drives so the muscles aren’t just idle.

SUV so you don't have to bend or dip to get in.

Potentially? I'm not anti-minivan but we already have a family SUV that my wife drives so I was thinking of something with better mileage. But I'll def go to the Honda dealership and see if they'll let me sit in all the seats for awhile! Lol.

There is literally no way. It's the way it's curved. My awesome physical therapist even came out to the parking lot to try to help me fix it. Making sure my hips are higher than my knees did help some, but it's the rounded back part that is the worst.

My CRV is great. At first I thought no way as I had hard time bending to get in then lowered seat and its great. High so I don’t have to bend but low enough that I don’t have to lift up as I scoot in. The seat warmer is my back relaxer too

My Audi Q5 seats make me very happy - so much better than my previous car.

HELP.

I need a new car, and in recent years I've developed a pretty bad back. I'm doing all the things - physical therapy, daily stretching, etc, but the car commute SUCKS. I am working on getting some telework approved, but either way I need a new car, and I'm willing to pay a premium to get the car with the best seats for those of us w/ aging backs.

Literally I don't care about any other features. I mean, I'd rather it wasn't a gas guzzler, but I almost don't even care. I need to not have to sit some stupid slouchy way.

HELP ME. I will pay (almost) anything.
