Also have him “help” with the baby. And gush with praise when he does the thing you ask of him. See what a good big brother Larlo is, he got you a sock. He is such a good helper!! And then to the baby-Larlo is such a nice gentle brother, he gets to wear the special big brother dinosaur shirt today.

TLDR - please recommend a good parenting coach
My typically sweet 2 year old is not adjusting well at all to our new baby and is increasingly becoming way too rough with him. I've tried the advice given on here (lots of 1:1 attention for the toddler, lots of praise for good things, giving baby attention when toddler hurts him / not giving the toddler attention, age appropriates breaks etc) and it just seems to be ramping up even more as the baby becomes more of a person. Any recommendations for a good parenting coach / family counselor for a session to discuss some strategies to try that are tailored to my specific kids and situation? The baby is pretty high needs and intense and I'm on my own with the kids a lot so its not possible to keep the kids separated or for me to not give much attention to the baby.
