Isn't the violation only something like $3? If not, maybe I'm thinking of the Maryland tolls around Baltimore.

No but if it's your first time they will waive the ezpass fine if you buy an ezpass and register your car.

you can scan the images of the ticket and parking stub from the airport, and send in the letter explain your confusion with the construction and give it a shot. But in reality, there is noting to contest, you ran through a toll plaza with out paying...

it happens, call it the stupid tax....

I was coming from the airport and got confused with all the construction going on, and missed the last exit before tolls. I don't have EZ Pass, and didn't have exact change. No booth was manned, so... I ran it. I didn't know what else to do and person behind me was honking.

I still have my boarding pass and can confirm that I was indeed coming from the airport and parked there for a few days.

Anyone have luck with contesting something like this?
