My primary care doc did something like this for me. Just moved up my physical. It was at One Medical.
I have to say now that I'm actually pregnant, I'm so glad I got all of the routine medical things done pre-IVF. I'd also suggest knocking out a mammogram if you'll be due for one soon and a dentist appointment right before embryo transfer. Dermatologist skin check too if it's something you do regularly. The MFM preconception appointment suggestion is a good one too. There's so much to think about health-wise in pregnancy, it's nice to know that all of the non-pregnancy parts of your health are in good shape and can be set aside for a bit.
