All Star Aquatics has a similar program at Bolger and Stone Ridge that is also one day per week. Tollefson training and endurance is superior, but quite expensive. We did Tollefson when our kids got older and needed a more rigorous program. They also allow flexibility to increase to more than one day per week. Good luck!

How do the competitive teams compare for these sites?

Are there any programs that can make this work?
Everything I'm looking at shows 3 practices minimum a week.
thanks

I don’t think any team is 2 days/week at that age.

I second tollefson stroke and turn.

The Y has a team that only practices 2x/week. It’s not a very strong team/coaches, but it was a fine enough transition from summer swim to year round.

The coaches "want" him swimming year round? What does that even mean? What does your child want?
