Democrats have abandoned American workers to favor millions of illegal aliens.

You are just bitter at what your own party has become

There is no alien invasion that is affecting American workers.

American workers are short changed by GOP corporists and oligarchs. American people will wake up and throw this rich charlatans, who have been blaming American workers woes on the "others" while stealing their wealth through corporate handouts and tax scams.

BS. The GOP is a minority party in America and it has won the popular vote just once in over 30 years.

The party that passes tax cut after tax cuts for the rich, takes away education and healthcare budget from the middle class IS NOT exactly a party that cares about Americans. The party considers Russia as friend and fellow American democrats as enemies. That says a lot about the moribund fraud party of trickle down economics headed by a career conman and Russian puppet.

They no longer believe in Reaganism, ie inclusive conservatism.

Do most people see themselves as having a “conservative” cultural identity even cognizant of the shift by GOP Elites? In my personal experience, they really don’t seem to understand what’s happening.

Quite interesting...sane people of America have felt the unusual shift in GOP and have been worried. This article explains that gut feeling. The founding fathers idea to have a two party system will be the reason of the country's demise.

Except the founding fathers had no intention of creating separate political parties. Which makes the SC's reasoning on the political gerrymandering BS.

From this wikipedia page, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Political_parties_in_the_United_States,

The United States Constitution is silent on the subject of political parties. The Founding Fathers did not originally intend for American politics to be partisan. In Federalist Papers No. 9 and No. 10, Alexander Hamilton and James Madison, respectively, wrote specifically about the dangers of domestic political factions. In addition, the first President of the United States, George Washington, was not a member of any political party at the time of his election or throughout his tenure as president. Furthermore, he hoped that political parties would not be formed, fearing conflict and stagnation, as outlined in his Farewell Address.

Where did you get your data? What is your "most"? The number you imagined?

That’s just your feverish imagination. The Democrats have been winning the popular votes 7/8 elections and the GOP has won the popular vote just once in over 30 years. This shows the dems are more attuned to where Americans stand than the fraud party of trickle down economics and tax cuts for the welathy.

Next you’ll try to tell us that Obama wanted open borders.
He didn’t.

Probably because it’s more diverse by gender and ethnicity at any time in history. It’s a stark visual contrast for people accustomed to doughy white guys in leadership positions. That’s not to say these people are wrong when they say it’s “unrecognizable.” Change is hard.

2020: changing demographics vs. Trump. White, well meaning Boomers have an imperfect set of options.

That was a stark graphic. Republicans to the far-right, Democrats center-left, and the US being center-right overall as compare to other nations because we lack a true left-wing party.
