+1 you need to either kill the mosquitos or cover yourself in deet to avoid being bit.

Maybe get a screen door that's easier to close fully? You shouldn't have mosquitos in your house.

Yeah, I think having them inside is just like having them outside. DEET is the best option, but if you want to minimize exposure to that (I do so I get it) maybe just wear long clothes and shoes inside until they die.

There is a special mesh curtain that has magnets to hold it back together automatically. You could put this over the screen door.

I cannot live in this area without the electrocuting rackets. We have a couple, and they get plenty of use every summer. You still have to wait until you get a visual, but after that it's easier to catch them.

Sit down, darken the room, turn off all devices. Wait for the hum in your ear and smack that puppy.

Turn on a fan - mosquitos are miserable fliers in wind.

But really just teach the kids to latch the door/fix it so it closes on its own.

My kids have been leaving the screen door ajar and we have a fair number of mosquitos indoors. Any tips for the best ways to repel them? I’m getting bit each night on the couch. I use citronella candles on our patio but don’t want to burn those indoors.
