Not true. People get permits for their summer activities.

If you are willing to drive to McLean or Langley High School in the mclean area, you can use the HS football field all day long without any interruption. You can also use the baseball or softball field which are real grass if you want to. I guess rich people prefer to stay in door in the hot summer

What kind of personal use are you talking about? If you want to have a part or other private event, you need to reserve them through the parks & rec department. If you’re just looking for space for your kids to run around, it might help it you narrow it down within Arlington.
