I’m just back from an ultrasound at 5 weeks, due to heavy bleeding (I’m on baby aspirin for MTHFR though the doctor said I could stop). Ultrasound showed large SCH as well as sac with fetal pole. When I pushed to ask where the SCH was in relation to the pregnancy, they “realized” that the gestational sac was very low in the uterus. Either I’m imminently having a miscarriage, or the pregnancy implanted low. HCG levels have been doubling very well, rising over 60% every 24 hours (or doubling in less than 48)

I want to believe the embryo implanted low. Does anyone know anything about low implantation? Success rates? Losses?
