Subject: which cities will be the next "hot" cities?
Greenville, SC, Grand Rapids, MI, Boise, ID, and Kansas City are all areas that I have heard a lot about in the past few years in terms of economic development, growing population, growing restaurant/beer scene, and such.

If you’re interested for investing purposes- document prices for U-Haul. Prices go up as more people move to the city, so when you notice them increasing, start buying. Same is true in reverse, if prices go down, people are leaving.
