As long as she is not a minor, which she obviously isn't, and as long as she does not look like a child (small or no breasts, smallish hips, childlike appearance) it's fine to have a crush on her, it's probably even fine to act on it.

As long as you don't act on it, it's fine to fantasize, OP. Everyone has thoughts, and targets of such thoughts can be much older, younger, whichever gender, etc. Some teens can look mature beyond their years, too.

The quickest way to move on is to accept your feelings.

I’m a non-practicing bisexual woman, 33 (date men exclusively but find women attractive, have dated women in the past). There are some interns at my office this summer and I am just floored by how gorgeous one of the girls is. She’s eighteen! Obviously I’m not doing anything untoward, but I feel icky that I find her so attractive. Just needed to put it out there.
