Technically, there is no requirement to take down flags in the rain. Only at night.

If you are complaining about the flag being taken down for a month, how about writing to State Sen. Will Smith for serving right now in Afghanistan and sending him something from his home state?

Or you can go volunteer for a service that provides job training for disabled veterans.

At the county building in rockville. This is a really bad decision to take down the pow flag
