You should drive. It’s mostly reverse commute up BW Pkwy to 32. It will take about 45 min.

Wow. Sheltered much? You’ll be shocked to hear Baltimore is a real city that some people need to get to in the morning. Yes, the MARC to Baltimore will be running in time to get there for 9 am!

I thought most of commuter trains go INTO DC in the mornings - definitely check the train schedule if your train plan is even possible.
