This is so true! I commute from Falls Church to McLean and Waze often wants me to turn left from a neighborhood street onto Lee Highway without a light.

I commute from Arlington to Rte. 7 (near Whole Foods), and I take 66. I take Lee Highway to Washington Blvd onto 66. No toll. It takes me about 15 minutes.

Where in Tyson’s? I commute from Arlington but it’s a huge area and my answer will vary depending on your location.

Westbound from Arlington to Tysons you don't need a transponder depending on where you exit. I get off at Spring Hill and there's a toll, but you could instead get off the Access Road at 123 South which is before the tolls start.

Depends on where in Tysons you are headed.

Are you near the Metro? The easiest way is taking the Silver Line.

I need to be in Arlington for a couple of weeks. What would be the best way for me to get to Tysons Corner. Quickest would be toll right? How do I get a transponder (is that what it is called)? is it worth it? I don't mind an extra few minutes to avoid the hassle of getting something for a short period.
