Yep. When I was pregnant with our second, our then three year old had plenty of questions, and we talked about how the baby gets in there and how the baby gets out.
I took the opportunity to talk about c-sections--that he was so big the doctor gave me some special medicine so it wouldn't hurt and made a cut in my belly to get him out. And, that Mommy would have that again with his sister, and that means he'd need to be careful and gentle with Mommy and that Mommy would have to rest a lot afterward.
