How is it any better if an adult vs. child is attacked? Equally horrible. If that man needs an emotional support dog, I hope the marine corps discharges him as he is not fit for duty. Its completely absurd to have an emotional support dog. You either have a trained service dog or they are your pet. If you cannot handle flying without your pet, don't fly.
