this was years ago, but the baby bjorn was the only thing that correctly supported my small newborn. maybe not the easiest to put on, but easiest to actually wear with confidence.
Ktan is easiest for the tiny tiny infant stage, but of no use beyond 5-6 months (depending on how big your baby is). I really like the Ergo 360 - it's not quite as easy as the Ktan, but it's not hard to use with the infant insert, and you can keep using it way longer (I still put my 2 year old in it!).
I guess it depends on what you find easy. We have a Lillebaby and a Solly wrap. I hate the Lillebaby. It feels like I’m putting on bulletproof vest—way too thick and too many buckles and I feel self-conscious wearing such a big contraption. (My husband doesn’t mind wearing it but doesn’t find it super comfortable.)
I absolutely love my Solly wrap but even after using it daily for a year my husband’s eyes still cross watching me tie it and I have several friends who can’t wrap their mind around a wrap. I watched the How To video twice and had it down pat by the second time I wore my dd. I like that it’s thin and smooth and doesn’t feel hot in the summer and can easily be worn under a fleece or coat in colder weather.

I had the ktan, solly, and ergo and preferred the ktan by a lot, in summer/fall. I used it almost exclusively until baby was 6+ months at which point started using the ergo some.
