Maybe he made the money himself and now he's taking time off or doing self-employed projects. Maybe he goes to work late. Maybe he's a con artist and the clothes and car are just to trick marks.

PP again. He could also be a VP or such in a company which requires only 2 or 3 days in the office. This sounds like some of our Dir. level people.

dress code? What company/organization/employer still has dress code other than police, fire, EMT type of jobs.
