You need to ask your pharmacist- you can obviously take your estrogen and prenatal at the same time- but take the thyroid med alone.

The only instructions I was ever given with regard to oral meds was to do thyroid medication first thing in the morning and roughly an hour or so before food or other meds. That was years ago, though.

My infertility nurse said the ordering of my meds doesn’t matter, but then the endocrinologist today said taking my estradiol within a certain amount of time might effect my thyroid medicine.

Has anyone had a doctor clearly outline the order of medicine or have some sort of evidence (not sure what exactly I would look for for this) that it doesn’t matter? Specifically thinking about oral meds and an FET but may apply for other treatment (like clomid)
