ARL, Alex, etc all have 72 for the younger age groups. 6 teams x 12 players. Easy math. I know, 50 sounds mind blowing and incomprehensible compared to what ABGC is used to. Think big boys! Great things are happening!

Umm, exactly. For my daughters age group at ARL we had 245 tryout. So, yeah, 50 is only unbelievable if you’re ABGC.

245?? What age group?

Is this actually a done deal? Or a promise? This is a definite concern for me.

In other words, you’re jealous and can’t refute and single fact in her post? Just remember what Trevor told you, “loose lips sink ship” ... only problem is that 80+ percent of ABGC coaches are leaving... so who can you trust?

What makes your program “different”?

Funny to skim the posts by Steve Lee and the ABGC failed program in the other thread. Pretty obvious Steve wants to keep that thread going since it has a negative title.

Guess what? VIVA numbers are great and the new site has only been up two days. Villarreal is sticking with VIVA and Steve / Trevor are furious beyond belief about it. I suspect we’re attracting ppl who have been turned off by the perpetual downward spiral of ABGC and being associated with their lack of desire to actually put effort into a quality product. Meanwhile an insider told me ABGC only has 50-ish sign ups over all age groups! LOL we have more than that for one age group already!

With no players signing up for ABGC, it makes sense they have so much free time to troll the thread they created about “VIVA imploding”. Just watch how many posts that thread attracts and you will realize ABGC travel is going under with absolute certainty. Overwhelming majority going to VIVA. I’ll bet anything that ABGC can’t even field a single respectable team next season unless they have their rec players on travel.

Want proof I know an inside on your side? Just remember what Trevor told you all, “loose lips sink ships!” while he was red-faced, had steam coming out his ears and looked like he was about to have his 5th panic attack of the day. But hey mates, ya ain’t got no kids to coach or teams to organize and I’ll bet that shows with the amount of slanderous accusations you waste your life slinging over the next few months.

And guess what else we know with certainty. Your fundamental lame tactic will be empty threats of lawsuits over the next few months. I will bet with absolute certainty we never see a case number or lawsuit tag that can be tracked online. Because you have no legal premise or ground to stand on. It’s just cowardly empty threats and bully tactics in a lame attempt to influence public perception. Come on Steve, give us a case number!!!! That way you can open yourself up for slander, defamation and libel.

You already shot yourselves in the foot with the Monday PR stunt of a fake lawsuit. When you sent that, parents from our age group were unanimously outraged by your slanderous stunt. Congrats, you not only guaranteed an entire age group is leaving you but also ensured they despise you. Now I sit and excitedly wait for you to shoot yourselves some more. You’re desperate and I know with certainty more foolish meathead decisions are just around the corner. Please please please, threaten more lawsuits and drive people our way! Popcorn is ready ... go!

Let’s see if Steve keeps the thread with negative title or this one active ... show your true colors. I feel sorry for your kids!

1, VIVA and ABGC are now two completely separate clubs/companies and operate independently. Please do not confuse an offer from one as an indication of an offer to play for the other.

2. VIVA has the full support of VIllarreal CF (La Liga - Spain) and their coaches will remain here full time as they have been doing for the last year.

3. VIVA is an official 501(C)3 Non-Profit organization.

4. VIVA has the membership rights to play in the Virginia NPL, NCSL and EDP.

5. New offer letters will start to go out this week at a reduced fee as we no longer have to pay a fee to the previous vendor. A benefit to our membership and the local community.

6. VIVA has permits from the county to play on turf in Annandale and Falls Church.

7. There will be a new registration link available this week on the VIVA website -- www.villarrealva.org
Regardless of whether you have received an offer or not, please make sure that you register your player, so we have your proper contact information and can keep you informed.

8. If you would still like the opportunity to tryout for the fall season, you can arrange to join in one of the regular practice sessions for your age group.

Read point #6...

As to #6, they had permits for last season via their partnership with ABGC. They are now going to have to share it with all of the other clubs and due to small numbers get let access to those turf fields that they currently have.
