Quan at HP Elite is good. Gus Donolo with Soccer the Brazilian Way. There are several good coaches and good places to train.
But a lot of development in the younger kids from from self motivation. Getting out in the front yard and kicking a ball against a wall, juggling, etc.
Go to youtube and look up beast mode soccer. You can pay the local Beast Mode rep and work with him specifically (Tim Krout - VSA) or just use youtube. At that age there is enough for them to do on their own. If they are only training at practice, you have to hope they are athletically gifted. Either way, they need to foot skills.

Could anyone provide any specifics or recommendations for where we could get additional skills/technical training for our 2 DDs ages 7 and 8?
Any other pointers for the approach we should take? We live in the Vienna/Mclean/ Fairfax area and both will be part of the Mclean club. Thanks!
