Yes, you do. Just saw this...I just posted a reply on your thread in the Expecting forum, but I wanted to reply here, in case this ever pops up in a search.
It is very important that you do follow-up bloodwork to ensure that your betas end up negative following a loss. Hopefully, if you've passed all of the tissue, then this will be a quick process for you.
