I'm sorry! That happened to me last year - found a flat the morning of and didn't have time (or maybe a spare tube) to change it before work. Very disappointing though.

There are usually ones left over (because when you register, you don't tell them your size, so they have to be prepared with plenty of each size) Contact the sponsor of the pit stop you registered at, or just try Bike Arlington. You should manage to get a t shirt.
