One may give and other receives, or both may give at the same time. The paradigm is constantly changing like a rotating hourglass as each partner adjusts their position and movement in order to satisfy the needs of the other until adjustment is required to meet new demands. It’s sort of like a constantly mixing yin yang function which flows with no permanence but instead with a dynamic flexibility.

I’m going to try to keep this as non-explicit as possible. In a heterosexual relationship, generally the man delivers and the woman receives. That paradigm rarely changes. In a gay relationship, is the same true? Does one always deliver while the other always receives? Or are turns taken?

Likewise with lesbian relationships, is one driving the activity or is it more egalitarian?
