My recently-turned 3 year old tries but if there’s any amount of mess it usually doesn’t go well. My 6 year old has been doing a great job since 4.5 or so. The oldest isn’t so OCD and left skid marks til 7 or so. All boys.

My 2.5 wipes herself (it's pretty decent actually) and then she wipes her twin brother

Mine got pretty decent the summer between pre-K and kindergarten. He had just turned 5.
