This was me! I'll go by Lego (obviously not my real name but my son's favorite toy and since my extra 20+ pounds were all a result of my pregnancy, I think it's a good name).
I forgot to add that my chicken and broccoli had an Alfredo sauce.
I'm doing a variant of keto with IF 5:2 so I'm going to try to eat under 500-600 calories two days a week (today) with keto and then going to not calorie watch 5 days a week, also with keto. Today was a low calorie day and I'm 0.5 pounds lighter tonight on my scale. Knowing I was doing this, I ate a lot of kale last night.
I'm also going to allow some non-keto veggies (like a few shredded carrots in my salads) and fruit (like one medium apple per day) so I'm not going to be a purist but I will keep my carbs under 20g on some days and under 40g all days. And I've decided that I'll do a clear-liquid fast to go back to keto after any days that I can't do it (I have a friend's wedding next month).
