+1. 2004 is out of the question. Even if it was parked in an indoor garage all this time, weather elements and time do their work irrespective. The 2010 is also old, I have a 2008 car also with less than 100K on it, and 2 years make a huge difference.
If you can go with 2012 or slightly more recent, go for that.
