There are other schools with deep seeded problems in their athletic programs that athletic directors, principals, and Central Office ignore even when athletes are brave enough to come forward to report. MCPS should request a consultant to review the toxic climate and rituals across all schools if they truly cared about the wellbeing of students.

What would make you think that? BTW Rowing is not a varsity sport in MCPS.

Defense attorney Brown claims that high schoolers might not know that hazing (you know, “brooming”) is wrong.
