Can't answer here about what other options to explore without a lot more detail. I would definitely get one or two RE consults though and see what options they recommend exploring, starting with comprehensive testing.

Have you had any diagnostic testing? If not. I would start there. You may not be a good candidate for IUIs. I was not. So went straight to IVF.

I’ve been TTC for over a year. 2 miscarriages, 1 D&C. No explanation for either. Would you start exploring other options? If so, what? IUI?
