Yes, PP here, and I should have added this is true for me too.
DH and I agreed when he took a promotion in his career that even if I went back to work, I would be responsible for sick days, snow days, doctors appointments, etc. So I'm hoping to go back to work eventually but will need something with extreme flexibility.
