It’s not possible to do this as a habit but, some of the things I put off are unintentionally the most intense workouts. Teaching my kid to ride a bike or clearing out and reorganizing a storage space is pretty taxing.

I do 100 pushups a day. I wear clothes that are comfortable enough to do this in, just shut my office door and do them in sets of 20. only takes 30 seconds or so.

Build it into my commute-I walk to the metro, and then I walk up the escalator stairs for extra cardio.

Set a reminder to do something at the top of every hour. Set of push-ups, squats or sit-ups

I look for 10 minute exercises online that I can either do in the morning or while waiting for something. I have little patience when waiting for my food to simmer so this is perfect.

Build in walking as much as possible, as PPs have said. Walk around the Metro platform, get off the bus a stop or two earlier, park far away, go to a bathroom far away.
Do a few push-ups whenever and wherever you can. Same for planks.

Read at night. No TV or phone. That way you will go to bed earlier and can wake up at 5:30 to exercize.

Same here, or take Metro (involves a 30 minute walk each way).

I love this thread b/c I'm always looking for ways to burn some extra calories.
If you have a dog...take him/her for a walk. Ideally they should get three walks a day anyway and it's better for the dog's mental health too.
Nike also has a great app called the 7 Minute workout. You can also choose longer workouts but starting with 7 is a great way. My husband loves the app b/c he doesn't need a gym when he's traveling. He can just do that workout in his hotel room.
Mopping all the floors is a great way to burn some calories. Raking the yard, sweeping away all that pollen or washing the car...

Take a lunch break and walk. Then eat a sandwich at your desk.

When you cook or tidy up, put on music - you'll likely end up dancing a bit. The TV isn't on in the background - music is.
And yes, park in the first parking spot you see.

Take the stairs. Park farther from the door.
If I'm running low on steps I'll load the washer or unload the dryer in small batches instead of using a basket. So I'll carry a small arm load to the laundry room, put it in to wash, go get more, and repeat. Once it's done, I'll fold a few pieces, walk them to be put away and repeat.
I learned some resistance training when I won some personal fitness instructor lessons and I've done those while at work ever since.
