It could be implantation failure that needs the immune workup - have you had everything checked for endometrial receptivity?

If you get all that looked at, I would put as many embryos as you have in Day 3.

Thanks everyone. I guess in my situation what you recommended?
1.) Try ccrm Denver and hope that their lab will make all the difference (I've literally had about 2 blasts in 100+ embryos)
2.) Try braverman? I'm not sure this is for me. Most of my cycles have ended in bfn, not miscarriages. So I'm not sure it's an immune issues
3.) Keep repeating the same low stim cycle that I keep failing
4.) Donor/adoption

I had 1 cycle no blasts and the second was successful. We changed protocol from antagonist to long agonist. Totally different outcome

Would braverman be worth it? I had a couple miscarriages but most cycles ended in negative pregnancy tests not losses

I'm surprised that Cornell hasn't made changes to your protocol. Who are you working with?

My DW worked with Dr. Davis at Cornell. She got pregnant twice with day 3 fresh transfer with co-culture, but miscarried both.

She then went on to bring in Dr. Braverman for immune issues and had success at Cornell with an FET with a 2pn embryo (transferred two, one stuck).

Why isn't Cornell doing a fresh day 3 transfer for you?

Yes, I'd also do a consult with CCRM in Colorado. While the VA office has some ties to the CO one, they also have some independence - and differences - in protocols, treatment, etc.

CCRM CO is one of the best in the world (other than Cornell). I'd definitely talk to them.

That said, all CCRMs are going to push you to 5-day transfer and PGS. But who knows, maybe they'll have better luck getting you there.

Definitely do consults if you're considering continuing - the RE should be able to tell you what they would do and why.

If you're 10+ in, I'm assuming you've looked at supplements and lifestyle changes. You could see about having your partner (assuming not donor sperm) do a DNA fragmentation test. I had similar problems getting blasts (opted for DE), but am over 40, so it was easy to blame age for the poor quality. I had the best outcome with the low doses of stims (3 blasts from 9 eggs as opposed to 2 from a total of around 45), like Cornell does with DOR, but it took me so long to get there that I only could do 1 round and it ended with a chemical. Immune issues are another thing that can be an issue, but I'm not familiar with those, other than to know that there are very specific REs that will look into them and/or address them.

I think CCRM Nova will only do day 5 or day 6 transfers.

I just failed another Ivf cycle (10+) and are out of options. I've tried many places locally and Cornell but everyone is just tweaking the same protocol that I'm failing again and again. Is ccrm Nova worth it? Any other place? I can't produce a blast in many different center labs so if they will only do day 5, I don't know if it's worth it. I'm young but embryo quality is clearly an issue. Is it worth a consult at ccrm? If so, which doctor?
