More like they stick out more between my hip bones but it’s not a paunch. It’s muscle, not fat. I feel like other workouts hollowed me out there and Solid Core might be filling me in, if that makes any sense. I put on muscle pretty fast so it may just be that I’m prone to it with moves like we do in SolidCore. It won’t stop me from going—I just wondered if anyone was experiencing something similar.
No, I get it. That's my experience, too, and I also build muscle pretty easily. I've been asked if I Crossfit, and no, my strength training is limited to solidcore. Cardio, too, but this is just what my body does with reasonably intense strength training. Filling in abs is a good way to describe it!
