We were not wasted but the amount you can drink and drive is so low .... way different than too wasted to care for a child.
I think you are over reacting unless she was so stoned she could not go to the hospital with her child... that would be different.

I think my main concern was that it’s apparent she was minimizing her usage, which is indicative of a problem? I don’t know.
