120ish, just hoping to lose a few pounds for summer

You probably don't have much weight to lose. You should focus on exercising and improving tone.

Yes focus on weight training and muscle tone. 120 is a perfectly acceptable weight.

What kind of “diet” is this, it looks not filling at all.

OP here. I guess I was hoping I could lose a few pounds easily but cutting out the bad things in my diet (sugary coffee in the morning, wine at night, bread with meals - typically I'd have 2 pieces of toast with eggs and a roll with a sausage).

But I guess not. Sigh.

All of it except for the eggs and turkey sausage. Flavored greek yogurts often have a lot of sugar. Plain greek yogurt (with a limited amount of fruit or other flavoring) is a great option. Siggi brand tends to be lower carb than other kinds. It's important to watch for artificial sweeteners in flavored yogurts. Many of them add artificial sweeteners. Many of the yogurts that say no artificial sweeteners add stevia.

In addition to the above, consider getting your thyroid checked.

I would reduce the carbs and minimize the processed carbs. Half of your plate should be non-starchy vegetables. In my experience, more protein helps.

Use myfitnesspal to track calories. Also get some exercise in every day.

Here’s a sample diet from yesterday.

Breakfast

Belvita crackers (240 calories)

Snack

Apple (80 calories)

Lunch

2 scrambled eggs (140 calories)

Bowl of fruit salad (unknown but it was a small bowl containing pineapple, blueberries, raspberries, black berries, and strawberries. Not that caloric as far as I’m aware)

Dinner

Turkey Sausage link (140 calories)

Corn on the Cobb (150 calories)

Snack

Greek yogurt (140 calories)

****

Is this stuff worse for you than I think?
