I think 90 minutes is fine for preschool aged kids. Two hours for K and up.

Venue parties are 90 minutes. If it's an at home party I would set it for 2 hours but expect people to start leaving around the 90 minute mark.

When parents are expected to stay at a birthday party for a child, how long should the party last? Is an hour and a half too short? I hate torturing adults!!
