That side has been closed for a while, but the other side of Judiciary isn't too far nor is the eastern exist of Gallery Place.

If you go up the metro escalator at Judiciary Square it's literally right there. You can see the facade of the building as you go up.

SPothero is a very good idea. I went to something at the building museum last weekend and found a spot a few blocks away for $8 or $10. It would have been double if I just showed up.

But it sounds like the vast majority of the people being invited to the party live in the suburbs, so there would be no schlepping involved.

Having said that, its fine. People will come or won't, but I doubt you will lose too many since parking isn't that bad and folks who prefer can metro.

We had a party like that a few years ago and no one complained. It was a great party.

It’s not New York. Of course it will be fine.

You might lose some people but have the party you want to have.

Thanks! All the parties we’ve been invited to have been in Arlington unless it was a coworker’s kid who lived somewhere else. I won’t stress about asking people to drive! I am just so sick of the same 3-5 venues.

I went to one there. Party was fun,but to be honest, parking was a total PITA.

I think it’s fine, it’s also across the street from the Metro so it’s an east trip that way too

It's fine. Parking is pretty easy down there.

Our friends constantly invite us over to the suburbs for parties, and we have to figure out how to rent a car to do that. So i think they are all adults and can either take metro, or Uber, or figure out how to park their car.

Is it rude to invite people to a 5th Bd party at the Building Museum if we don’t live in DC? Parents would be on their own to find and pay for parking.

My son really wants a Lego party and I think their party will be nicer than renting bulk blocks to play with in a community center all purpose room.
