Also the parents were crazy too. Up by 8 goals and they were screaming at the girls to score. And when they did they cheered so loudly you would have thought they were behind. It could be they were trying to yell positives because the coach is so horrible.
I've seen this team play 3 times and the coach is always the same and at least one girl cries each game so it isn't that she was just having a bad day.
Fake news
Well, the WSVA hater needs to legitimize their views that GFR is a crap pipeline, so it only makes sense that they try to trash GFR here.
There are some very good young players in the GFR system, so the hope is that they move onto the DA as they grow, it's a way to change coaches and a future strength for WS. Everyone wins. Except for the WS troll.

What little I know seems that it is a very Team and results oriented approach geared with success measured by winning
As that measurement does not exclude individual development , and could be a result of it, I wanted to know more if anyone had observations.
I am always concerned about team approach suppressing appropriate development of individual flair and brilliance.
Especially at early stages. Not aCriticism of coaching, it is a hard balance.
So to better ask: do players on this team develop individually very well to take on other players and create space - (other than by passing)?
Yelling about what exactly ? Coaching what to do in game or aboutmistakes?
