OP : don't lose weight. You sound like you are at a perfect eight for your height, as do all the other posters that replied to your question. Gotta love the short gals!

Weights. Really. Trust me. I’m 41. You don’t want to lose more weight; you’ll look old and ragged.

4’11” and I would kill to be at 104. I got to 110 and was thrilled. I’m sure you look great in a bikini right now.

I feel you, OP, but likely you need to add muscle tone and lose a small amount of body fat, not lose "weight". If you diet you'll just end up looking exactly the same, but smaller. Believe me, I know from experience. If you lose 5 lbs from dieting, it won't come from fat.

Start lifting weights, do ab exercises, and eat clean and relatively low carb. Do not restrict calories. You'll tone up in no time for sure.

Corrected-

If you are skinny fat, another five pound loss will make you look worse, not better.

I’m 5’0 and you sound like you have disordered thinking. You do not need to lose weight, you need muscle tone. Hit the weights. I weigh 20 lbs more than you and I feel comfortable in a bikini. If you at skinny fat, another five pound loss we’ll make you look worse, not better.

I'm the 5'1 pp and yes, on people our height you can definitely see 5 lbs. but she weighs 104 lbs. the lowest she should want to go is 100, the lowest. Anything lower is crazy. She probably doesn't even need to lose weight as much as she needs to work out and put on some muscle. She's nowhere near pudgy but she's probably soft and has a high body fat % if she doesn't work out. Losing weight won't make her look better. Just sick.

This. It’s amazing how fast I can flatten my stomach when I IF and give up carbs.

Bro. 10 lbs? You want to be 96-94 lbs? I'm 5'1, 103 lbs and you're insane. Nobody feed this disordered thinking, please!

I tried on a bikini this week and feel like I need to lose about 5-8 (10 max) pounds to be bikini ready. I've been at the same weight (give or take a few lbs) for years. I am 39, 5'0", 104 lbs. What has worked for you in shedding those last few pounds?
