Shady Grove is saying Igenomix is responsible for that and Igenomix is saying Shady Grove is responsible for that. So far, SGF has been wrong about everything they've said about Igenomix so i don't trust them. Did anyone have the same issue and how was it resolved? If i dont have pre-authorization, my insurance will deny reimbursing me and we'll have pay $5k for the test, which we cant afford. TIA!
I just did sgf ivf last year paid $2000 for first 10 embryos. After that 150 each embryo. So that price is quite high. Your dealing directly with sgf so i assume it should be their responsibility. If you are gonna have to deal with pgs/pgd lab you should have an option to go somewhere else. I had problems with finance departments there. Bring it up to doctor and tell them ur going somewhere else if this not resolved
