The registrars don't "submit" your paperwork anywhere. It is maintained on file at your school.
They all log into the lottery system database and update your status. Some registrars do this all at once; others do it as each packet comes in.

Subject: How long for MySchool to show you enrolled?
Does anyone know how long it should take for MySchool to show that you have enrolled in the school once you've submitted all the paperwork? I'm sure it varies by school, but curious about others' experiences and what's a normal lag time.
