Anonymous wrote:OP here. I don't recall the Beltway being at a complete standstill like this since the bridge jumper in the mid-late 90's! Although I know it has happened between then and now, a few times.
Also wondering if anyone has constructive advice for times like these, or (any civil engineers out there?) what infrastructure change would help matters?
