I pay the discounted at-cost rate through my insurance (not actually covered) and it is $391 per vial. I get about 19 doses per vial.
I started it 2 weeks prior to my FET. Currently in my TWW and if I get a BFN I will take it into my pregnancy.

It's weight based so I used more than some. Took itaround retrieval through 13 weeks . 2 vials cost $1100 ish and lasted 9 days. So I spent around $10k.

I took it for 3 successful pregnancies all while trying TTC on our own. Meaning no ART. Took all of them from 3-5 dpo through 12w.

Paid OOP for the first and it was 9 vials at 500 a vial. Second pregnancy I purchased 3 vials sealed from someone who no longer needed it and after that was gone I paid somewhere around 525 for the 1.6ml vial for the rest. Third pregnancy was $550 a vial but I ended up finding someone online selling it for $400 for a box of 10, of course that was after I already paid for price for 4 vials. The vials were left over from a study that was complete. I bought the entire box and then gifted what was unused to her office since she always has patients coming in who need it.

So I spent anywhere from 2-5k roughly for each pregnancy. If you weigh less then you can get more from each vial as PP mentioned.

i was able to get a generic while traveling abroad - tevagrastim. one syringe lasted about 2 weeks and ran just over $100. i was doing shots every other day from transfer to week 7 (after a positive test). dosage was calculated exactly as in Scarapelli study with body weight in kilos. Having said that, there was a buch of other things done as well, so it may not have been the neupogen.

Would anyone be willing to share the total cost of Neupogen, your dose and how long you took it for a successful pregnancy?
