Randomly just saw this thread when looking for something else. It has changed a TON over the past year. Plus, the new permanent director just started and she seems great. I encourage folks who are reading this to see for yourself. It may still not be a great fit for everyone for whatever reason (we all have different needs and priorities) but don't rely on outdated posts.

Everyone at my agency uses them. . . there's a waitlist I keep hearing about.

Does anyone have any thoughts on Bright Horizons FERC? I've searched the archives but everything is from 3+ years ago so I'm hoping someone has a more recent experience with them to share.
