I could have written your post exactly, word for word. Transfer next week. Hoping all these immune meds do the trick. I also did 2 months of Lupron Depot due to high BCL6 on ReceptivaDx biopsy. Best of luck to you!!!

What are your numbers? TNF-a also please

The IVIG will take care of the NKs and TNF-a if those are elevated but you may still see a spike with IVIG. Mine spiked after my first dose. My doctor said that sometimes with the first IVIG there are hidden infections that are taken care of and then with the next dose you see a drop in NKs.

What dose of pred, Neupogen and lovenox are you on?

I had success with IL and Neupogen (plus lovenox) after failed treatments with IVIG. I believe Neupogen made all the difference in my case.

Are you looking into your diet and cutting out foods known to cause inflammation in the body eg caffeine, gluten, red meat, dairy.

I'm sure it's stressful with your last embryos. Good luck to you! It sounds like you're doing everything you can. It helps to be replete with Vitamin D too, plus the regular prenatals.

Yes, but with donor eggs, i never got a PGS normal with OE. DE PGS normal failed on first 2 attempts. Then did another with immune protocol. IVIGs were back to back prior to transfer, I also had LIT. no IVIGs after transfer. the rest is same as in your case. Worked at age 45.

FET scheduled for end of month. It’s my last attempt.
I’m 44 using my own embryo that has been PGD tested.
My protocol, in addition to the usual estrogen and progesterone
includes Prednisone, Lovenox, Neupogen, low dose aspirin and IVIG.

Anyone been there, done that and had success?

My previous attempt I did intralipids but Dr recommended
IVIG bc my natural killer cells were still high. I also have high levels of
Inflammation.

Looking for some success stories and hope.

Thanks!
