Please don’t wait for the headache. If you’re going to do low carb, and especially if you’re fasting, get yourself some Gatorade Zero or Lite Salt (to add to other beverages) and stay on top of hydration. You will get Keto flu if you don’t, and it’s not pleasant. Get yourself some broth and pickles, too
