I know this has been talked about before, but I'm curious how you personally felt about traveling to CO for treatment. What was that experience like? Also, what do you think made the difference at CCRM? How long and what treatment did you have done at CFA?

This is the same switch I’m considering. Are you happier at CCRM? Did they run additional tests?


I had to update bloodwork and then do another mock transfer. I felt like there were a few more things, but nothing too crazy. So far I have been happy at CCRM. Very tailored protocols. I am on my second round, got one PGS normal the first round, but due to my schedule decided to go right into another one to bank embryos. I've never been pregnant so the idea that I could just transfer the one and then be back at square one didn't sit well with me.


were you unhappy with dominion? how come you left?


This is OP - I got the feeling that over time (I've been with them for about a year), I was not getting much personalized care. Almost like that'd given up on me and hadn't changed my protocol. I'd like to talk to another RE to see if he/she would recommend a different protocol or give me an honest assessment that it's time to give up.

Agree with PPs. Also - I found that going in person to get your records is better than requesting the transfer. I had issues with 2 of the major clinics around here. And if you get the records yourself, then you always have a copy.

My re accepted my previous testing given it was recent, 6 months to a year or so depending on what it was.

I just had a failed fresh IVF after several failed FETs. I am interested in switching clinics as i’m not pleased with the care or protocol at my current clinic. Will I need to go through all the testing again or will records suffice? Also recommends for an RE to deal with a 41 year old with secondary infertility and possible DOR?
